How much does it cost?
Our goal is to make wash & fold affordable for all Michiganders. That’s why we are introducing flat-rate wash & fold laundry pricing. No more worrying about the hassle and sticker shock of per pound pricing. We have bags ranging from $15 - perfect for retirees and singles - up to $65, which includes 8+ loads of laundry. With that in mind, stuff your bags full; it doesn't change the price!
Dry cleaned garments are priced per piece.
What you should look for in a delivery laundry service?

We know this business and we pride ourselves on cleanliness and great service! We serve many great customers day-in and day-out with our current drop off service. Now, we are taking that service to the next level by proving free pick up and delivery.
What should you expect from your first order?
You can use place your order utilizing one of our four options: by visiting www.supersudslaundryservices.com, by calling 800-988-8972, by downloading our Super Suds Laundry Services App in the Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store, or by texting 734-725-2410.
Once your order is placed, we take care of the rest. On the day of your scheduled pickup, you will receive personalized laundry bags. These are yours to keep! We recommend you leave your dirty clothes in plastic bags. We will place the bags you leave on the porch in the appropriate size bag (Standard, Large, Extra Large or Take It All). This will determine your charges for your first order. We will also weigh your clothes at the time of pick up, and again before we drop them off to ensure all articles are included, and that we selected the appropriate size bag for your order.
As a courtesy, we will remind you the night before and then again on the day of your service to make sure you don’t forget.
We will return your clothes with like-items packed in individual drawer-ready bags aimed at keeping your laundry ready for the drawer. Shirts with shirts. Pants with pants. Kids clothes with kids clothes, etc.
How do I customize my laundry preferences?
We understand everyone has their own preferences for laundry. We have a variety of detergent and softener options, along with bleach for you to choose from. We also have special products to pre-treat tough stains and heavily soiled clothes.
You can select your preferences when you set up your account.
Do I need to separate my clothes?
No, we sort for you! All wash and fold laundry is sorted by our staff. Your whites are never washed with colors and your delicates are never dried with your towels.
We do sort and check all garments for stains in production, but it would be helpful if you notify us of stains and special requests in your order notes.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for your scheduled pickup and delivery. Most people prefer to just leave their clothes out for our drivers.
If you have additional details on where to collect your clothes (ex. back porch, by the garage door, at the concierge desk, etc.) feel free to include those in your order notes. These notes help guarantee that all pickups and deliveries are successful. We will keep you informed via text message, and you can follow along via the app as we pick up, wash and fold, and deliver your clothes back to you.
Four keys to leaving clothes out for pickup and delivery?
# 1 - Keep it Simple & Consistent – Provide specific details and instructions in your order notes. The more clear and specific you can be, the better.
# 2 – Where possible, be discrete when placing your clothes on the porch. A simple post-it note on the front door explaining where you moved your laundry to can prevent a driver from thinking you forgot to leave your clothes out and moving on with the route.
# 4 - Keeping your laundry pickup and delivery spot clean might not matter much when we are picking up, but it DEFINITELY matters when we’re delivering your clean laundry. By sweeping or cleaning your designated laundry delivery location, you’re helping us make sure that we deliver your laundry as cleanly as possible.
# 4 - When our drivers deliver your clean laundry, you get a text message notification with a link to a picture of the delivery. Clicking on the link to view the photo is the best way to make sure your clothes get to the right spot. If you click the link to view the laundry delivery photo, you’ll be able to text the driver suggestions in real-time. We’re happy to work through the details with you while we’re delivering the clothes.
Can I pick my clothes up at one of your locations if I have an emergency?
Yes, you can contact our location nearest to you, found on the Locations Page to make arrangements for an in-person pick up.
How long does it take?
We average between 1-2 day turnaround times from pickup to delivery. Pick up and delivery availability is somewhat dependent on the number of customers we have in your area. Areas where we have a larger customer base will have more frequent pick up and drop off options.
